Ok Its time for a becker need advise!

ok i just ran into a free 65.00 bucks!!! yay!!! i need advise on witch becker too get, i really like the bk16 but i just recently got a kabar mk1 and as they are about the same size i kinda hesitate to get the 16. my next option is the bk2 i have a schrade schf 9 as my main big blade but i really like the bk2. sio i guess what i'm asking is do you guys think the bk2 would be the better companion to my mk1? thx guys!
 
Everyone needs a BK2. Yep, get the 2. It's a beast of a blade.
 
The Kukri Machete is a lot of fun, but the BK2 is arguably going to be the best value to utility ratio.
 
Get the BK2! My first Becker was a BK2 and IMO everyone's first should be as well, but second is still better than last.:D
 
What do you plan on doing with the knife? if its strictly a camp/outdoor knife id say the bk2 as well. but if your wanting to use it all over the house and at camp id say the bk16. simply beacuse of the weight of the bk2 i personally dont use it in the house or kitchen. the 16 is still alot different than the mk1.

But i agree, everyone does need a bk2. its a monster of a knife.
 
The 2 is a good option... but I think I'm probably more fond of the 7. The 7 is a beautiful knife. Perfect size.

yes its going to be an outdoor knife for sure.
 
I would say yes on the bk2! But if you plan to only have one bk that covers all the bases the bk7 might be the ticket. Either way its a becker you cant go wrong...the sweet combo would be a bk14, bk2, bk7, bk9 in my opinion!
 
The BK2 is great but not dissimilar from the scrade other than being a bit over an inch shorter. Maybe a BK9 or BK4 might fill out your collection better.

well i did it i placed the order for the bk2!!! thx for the advise guys it really helped now i cant wait till mid-week!!!! hehe
