OK Knifemakers, put on your thinking caps

Already been said, but a heavy come-a-long and skid or 3/4" plywood. A DC winch would be even better. Just go slow and take your time.
 
Get some sucker to eat a whole lot of George's hot relish then put the mill between this fella and a toilet. Don't really matter if it (the pot) works or not...he won't be thinking clearly anyway. :p

6 guys should do it no problem. $20 each and a nice photo to show the guys in the pub. ;)
