I don't recall ever reading any of your earlier threads, but anyhow the advise on not quoting too much is sound. In fact I have never quoted anyone, not because I don't know how to...ok it's because I don't know how. But it is still anoying when I see other people doing it too much. On the other hand, including pictures in a post is a very pleasent suprise, to me at least. Unless the subject of your pic is VG. Ok I'll admit I like those too.
