Okay. I think I got the key points. Grinds vary but we are in a convex phase at the moment. Convex grind with V edge can be converted to convex edge. And I need to buy more infi so I can be familiar with all the various past models and not be limited by the LEs.

Yep, I'd highly recommend the Sabre Ground Millie AD and the CG FBM. My 2 favorite users. The SFNO, Skinny ASH and Culti are way up top too. Oh, and don't forget an AK!
