Apple Coral on an Al Mar Osprey.

I like those Al Mar folders. Here's one with micarta handles that have had a bit of embellishment added

That is SWEET!

Looks like a Hawk with a scrimshaw redtail. Where the heck did you get that?

I picked it up at a knife show in Windsor Ct a few years ago. There was a woman at one table who was a scrimshaw artist, and she had a couple of these Al Mar Hawks that she had done. Theres a large feather running along the length on the obverse side of the knife. Way cool, and one of a kind I think too.

Nice May, Vince!
Can you show the blades on the Chamblin??

I think this one is from the c1930s. Made by Harrison Bros & Howson of Sheffield . It has the new fangled "Rustless" blades.

Thanks Karl and you're welcome. You must be based in Europe somewhere as I always see you onboard quite early. Either that or you are a chronic insomniac. The second pic is a little darker than real life but it refelcts the colour nicely bluegreen and some pink tones on the right.

Charlie Waynorth,here ya go.....

Yup, I live in Switzerland.
Just had my lunch as a matter of fact :D
The pearl on that Harrison is very lovely indeed. These things don't seen to loose the luster when ageing.

VCM3:
The wood in that Charles May is truly a stunner.
More of that please??

Some great knives here.

I like that pearl El Lobo. Reminds me of a Rainbow trout.

This one is not a fiery pearl, but is a nice stag-handled pen knife. It is marked Wade Wingfield and Rowbotham Sheffield.
