Check and see if Cold Steel makes a push dagger under 2.5 inches. I think they do. If that's too much on the sheeple, stick to the Umfaan by Chris Reeve Knives. 2.3 inch blade, and considered one of the best designs by many.

Spyderco dragonfly or navigator or the new Spyderco Meerkat. they are all awesome knives. the native is just over 3 inches
