This thing is addictive. Good God! I'm just going to sign up for marriage counseling right now.;) At least my wife is decent about the whole thing- it's not "You spent how much?...." Instead it is, "Do you know what kind of bali-song I could have bought for $xxx?" I guess that is a good woman.:D

Anyone know of a good place to grab some grub near the area? Myself, Gimmejr, and NorcalHunter will be getting there sometime around 2pm on friday and will be hungry after the 8hr drive.
 
I'll be there Saturday. Anybody interested in getting together for dinner Saturday night? I have to head back that night but what to hang out as much as I can. The wife has a defensive handgun class the next day and I have to watch the kid.

I have been to the show about three times a few years ago, but don't remember any place specific. The show is fairly close to the downtown area and there are lots of places to eat, you'll see them.

I would love to..but I think we will be leaving after the show on Saturday because Gimmejr has to make it back for work on Sunday.

Friday night would work though.

I'm not sure what time we are headed back on Saturday. I have to be home at a decent time to. Maybe an early dinner/late lunch and then those that can will head back to the show.

Just a thought. ANybody else got an ideas?

What kind of grub are you lookin' for? Oregon Electric Station is my favorite Eugene eatery- it has a nice bar, or is family-friendly with dining on (stationary) train cars if you've got young'uns. It's on 5th, and the fairgrounds is on 13th. I can give you better directions if you're interested- or other opitons if you're so inclined. I lived in that neck of the woods for a long time.

I am not that particular so long as it is cooked :D I hear that Stinky and Ducci are looking for a place to for a dinner get together.
 
Anyone know anything about the Steelhead Brewery? It is close to the show and open later than the Oregon Electric Station.
