Ok Ok Who's Going!!!

Anyone know anything about the Steelhead Brewery? It is close to the show and open later than the Oregon Electric Station.

.

Decent beer. Pretty good food. 2 blocks away from the Electric Station.

I've never been to any of the pubs in Eugene, so I am open to anything.

I've heard Steelhead has some reasonably good beers--Hoposaurus Rex?

Rogue might be worthwhile, but maybe more expensive?
They do have Rogue Creamery cheese and some of their own spirits though...
A few glasses of Old Crusty should grease the wheels reasonably well :D

I am totally unfamiliar with Eugene--no idea if it's even close to the hotel or the show...

Are we talking about Friday night or Saturday night? I won't be there until Saturday.

I'm more familiar with Corvallis, but have spent quite a bit of time in Eugene...Rogue is good...I think there is a McMenamins in Eugene as well? An ex of mine used to like to go to Rennie's(I think that's what it was called...). The Glennwood(or "the Glenn") has good breakfast...

I will be there early Saturday, but have to be back in Portland by noon or so...=(

I'll be there Sat. Morning. Please tell me there will be something left?
Ron Athay

That will depend on how much money I have left from Friday night drink'n with Skunk!!!

I'm talking about Saturday.

By the sounds of things the majority of us are attending on saturday and having dinner before we all have to head home.

I hate that I can't go because of gas prices. I get about 27mpg highway, and it's about 250 miles for me, coming to around 60$ there and back, which is more then I can afford at the moment :barf:

I'll be there Friday morning and in the show at 10:00 sharp for buying. Sat just for chatting :D WHere are we drinking??

.......Note to self, have border delay all incoming Canadians delayed 3hrs on Friday..........

Where in Washington are you? Me and Rescue Mike are carpooling down and back on Saturday and it's about 300 miles round trip for us. If it is convient for you you are more than welcome to join us.

It'll be good to see some of you HOGS again. This should be a great show.

Man I hope you hogs save me some tidbits for Saturday :grumpy: ;)

Road Report from Dunner:

I-5 is being heavily patrolled, so take it easy on your way to the show:thumbup:!!

Be Safe...
