It's a SOG EOD multi-tool and the album cover is Tony Bennet's all time favorite "I left my knife in San Francisco".
 
I would guess the knife is a Farid and the cover is from Soundgarden. I know I have seen it before but maybe my memory isn't working tonight.
 
I don't know either of them...but I do know good photography when I see it!

The Knife is a Farid T-5000. The album cover is Soundgarden's "Superunknown".
