Ok, who wants in on.......

Very cool, Im ready to wrap my hands around the "king becker"! I have never even held a BK-9
2 quick questions Moose...

How much $$$ should I insure it for?
Do we post the "badass" pictures with our review, or in a separate place?

Definitely looking forward to this!

One question - What's the acceptable length of time to hang on to it for the review process?

Insurance? Insure it for whatever you think it will take to replace it, I would look at current BK9 pricing, then, shipping to Taiwan, then, Haze's price per hour of work for carbon steel, which is like, $45 an hour USD, then shipping from Taiwan back to the states, to the next guy.

So, about $1000 should do it.

:D

Insure it for $75, shouldn't cost that much USPS anyway, I think it cost me like $6 to ship it to you. And I forgot the insurance, but if it gets lost or screwed up, that will be between me and Haze, so, ya'll won't have to worry about it. I only say insurance to protect ya'll. That's the only reason.

I will start a thread for the posts/reviews to go into, so, just throw 'em all in there.

How long should you keep it? If you can't get it done in 7 days from time of arrival, then send it on anyways. No need to make everyone wait. If you get done with it sooner, ship it on, just post up in this thread or the post thread to let us all know you shipped it.

7 days is plenty of time, thanks! I was hoping it wasn't 2 days...that would have been a real challenge.

The beast come in today, and I will get started this evening. I hope to have it out the door by Friday, if not...Monday at the latest. This should be fun, it sure is a nice blade!

Good, I'll start a thread, I'm not gonna stick it, though. We have enough of those going on right now. Post up what you want to about the knife in the new thread, if you want to just start with some info about how it looks, edge, that kinda stuff.
