The BK9 does a pretty good job.

The BK-9 is a good knife, just be careful how you cut a watermelon:

I didn't even swing it all that hard and now I have two cheap plastic chopping boards instead of one.

This probably isn't an issue when slicing pizza though.

This is the one area of cutlery that I admit I use a round cutter from the bargain basement. Sometimes the chef knife, but the roundie is easiest to clean since I care not how sharp the edge is.

My wife cuts my pizza for me, I think she uses a Pampered Chef.
