Were you a Gold Member prior to the meltdown? If so take it up with Spark. I think this should be moved to Service & Support to make sure it gets straightened out.
Well according to your profile your membership expired in July last year. If you were a gold recently then something is definitely screwed up.
You do not receive an email notifying you that your membership is about to expire. You have to check your public profile, the one that shows up when you click on your name in one of your posts.
