Okay, I know it's a dumb show, but does anyone else like Heroes?

Man, I wish it were that simple. My parents (Jewish) still make me feel guilty about watching anything but A&E or Discovery. Okay, not really......
But total fluff like this. Man, I need to learn how to relax! :D

Yes, I like Nikki, A LOT! (and no, not just because she's a babe.) but there goes Ando. IMO a real shame.
 
it's a very entertaining show, you're not alone. Hiro didn't lose his powers, its like a psychosomatic thing. He just needs the sword to get back his confidence

what I want to know is what's the deal with the twice crossed S that they all have tattooed on their backs and is also on the scabbard of the sword? Could it be that Hiro was the ancient dude who originally owned that sword, what with the time travel and all? That would be a cool twist
 
That's good - Hiro creates a time loop.

Good show - Heroes and Battlestar are the only two shows I go to an effort to see.

Gimme a frickin' break here people. Diamonds like that, even flawless ones are worth MAYBE $10,000.... assuming it's around 1.5 karats...... I'm not 100% sure, but I think they looked around 1.5 to 2 karats tops. I only know this because of my engagement ring shopping a couple of years ago.
 
Tonights episode is very good. Gives a good background of what is going on with Claire's father and his work. (It aired early in Canada)

Yeah, but what about all of the other stuff that is going on? I wish we could have had more story from the other sections of this world, and had 1/2 of this episode next week.
 
they need to have and expisode that doesnt have and commercials...or just a two hour one....kinda upset about how last nights took and hour just to explain one scene in the house:grumpy:
 
But it certainly put Dad in a new light. Also, we now have a better idea of how Invisible Man fits in. BTW: Somebody mentioned the "crossed S" symbols that are recurring. I'm guessing half of the DNA double helix.
 
I watch Heroes, what I have noticed...

I have noticed that I really like the show when the story is dealing with the Japanese guys...I like the way they act, I like what they talk about, I like the look of the show when it's centered around the japanese story line.

BUT, on the flip side.
I hate the show when we are dealing with all the other story plots, and the other actors.
To me, it's all starting to look too much like Buffy....

I wonder what the show is going to be like now that Ando isn't around. I'm actually pretty disappointed. Heros need sidekicks! Maybe he'll come back, I kind of doubt it, but still. :(

What happens when Peter gets close to all the mutants and/or sylar?

Does Hiro seem feminine at times?

Is the nuclear guy the same guy from the Gieco 'caveman' ads? Or is it the beard?

Nathan (Peter's brother) - did anyone catch his Profit series way back when? a high-powered, cut-throat exec who slept in a cardboard box?
