Okay, I ordered a Swamprat

I don't think anyone should have any doubts dealing with Swamp Rat...they are a great company and Eric is always available for questions.

When i ordered my Battle Rat and Howling Rat they said it would take 3-6 weeks. It arrived in just under 2 weeks. AND I'M IN THE UK.

If they are delivering items a bit late you know it's not because they're dilly dallying...they're probably busy with the blade show and delivering the bog dogs or something like that. There's gonna be a nice line of D2 knives out so that's gonna be great.

Wander on over to the Swamp Rat forum sometime tomorrow for the first look at our next collaboration. ;)

Who knows I might even be able to be convinced to post the pic tonight ;):p

Are first-born stepchildren worth as much as first-born biological children these days? I haven't kept up with the market..

I posted a thread here a couple of weeks ago about which model Swamprat to order -- it was a tough decision between the Camp Tramp and the Howling Rat, but I finally ordered a Howling Rat today.

Now, recommendations for a sheath? I prefer leather -- just kinda old fashioned, I guess.

I have the entire line and the HR is my most used and favorite Rat. I like the big honkers too, they just don't get to play as much. Well, at work they do, but I have to keep alternating them so fights don't break out (CT and BR).

I like leather also, and have sheaths from both MtMike and Leatherman. Both are good guys and even better leather benders. Somewhat different approaches to the same end.

What that require:
1. Begging
2. Threat
3. Bribe
4. Just a little prodding...
