Do you have the carbon steel version too? I really like the feel of that grip. It feels good in forward or reverse grips.
No, mine is the original CQB-1, which is ATS-34, but it has the same grip, and it DOES feel GREAT...(I have also rounded and polished the edges of the canvas micarta, and that made a nice difference in the feel from the original rough edges.).

Like the many, whatever's newest. Which means right now it's a tie between my SOG Flash-1, and Spyderco Civilian.
Man, it was a pain when my newest-knife was an Entrek Master.

The lock on this knife is a little different.
It's like a deadbolt, a little hard to describe but very cool!
Best lock-up I own! It will lock-up even with debri in the lock!
It will lock-up even if the blade doesn't open all the way!
If you hold the lock back, the blade action is almost friction free!:D Definitely fun to play with!

Microtech LCC D/A. I appreciate the integration of the mechanism and the snappy response when I choose to discreetly actuate it.

My JW Smith folders sure are smooth. So are my Kit Carson's.

So are the William Henry's.

I've got a Frank Centofante lockback that is a case study in precision in lockbacks. Very satisfying "thack" when the lock engages. Frank's a real pro.

I find that I play with my CUTTER KNIFE AND TOOL folding Karambit the most. It has Ti scales a 154 cm blade locks up like a tank. I find myself always spinning it around and drawing it from my pocket. I think it is the BEST MADE KARAMBIT FOLDER in the market. Many saw this knife at the blade show and agree in its quality.
