Olamic 247 vertical blade play

Hey guys, so recently I've gotten this 247 used. Its in like new condition, and even though the dialing of the side to side play is not easy and sometime would come loose, it can be done. However, it also has a little vertical play. How do I fix this? I've heard that Olamic is super responsive. Got no replies at all, Instagram, Text or Email.

The California Custom Knife show was last week and they were exhibiting there so they probably have been away from their normal communication devices for a few days. I would suspect you get an answer early next week.
