Olamic, CRK or Shirogorov?

Maintenance,customer service,price,usability,CRK all the way!
Fit and finish, tolerances they are very similar.Top notch and best in industry of production knives,Shirogorov and CRK.

I will be the fly in the ointment and suggest you look at LG. mitchnola mitchnola will agree, and once you have one in hand you will concur that they are probably the best bang for the buck on the American mid tech market 😁.

I don’t have any first hand experience, but I hear Olamic has great customer service too. I know they offer spa treatments and you can do upgrades after you buy it which is cool to have the option. I got an email from them the other day with this…
Wish I had $850 🤤

Here’s an older picture of mine. The build quality is certainly up there with Shiro as far as my base models from both companies are concerned

I know the “pistol grip” handle shape of the 247 isn’t for everyone, but it does lock your hand in. The Quantum has a rather neutral handle. That’s the biggest difference between the two.

Never held an Olamic, so I can't say on that.
But held a few shiros and many CRKs.
I feel Shiro has about the nicest fit and finish I've ever felt on a knife, though some of these can top $10,000. Mine is the lower range at $1200, but is a fantastic knife.
I got a hati gen 3 and I have only 1 small complaint, it's difficult to sharpen at the heel, otherwise a perfect knife for me.
The CRK is nice, not as smooth as the Shiro, and the edge HAD to be reprofiled, I didn't like the dull and thick edge.
Both feel great in hand, and makes you proud to own such a well crafted knife.
