Eugene is a kind person and anyone interested in his knives should not hesitate to contact him. He is rare in that he actually gives you the time of day and will speak to you on the phone. He realizes your spending your hard earned cash and wants all his customers to be happy.

Too often with makers its email this.... wait wait wait.... and paypal that....then its tracking number sent and don't let the door hit you in the rear. Eugene is a lil olde school in the fact he still uses the invention Mr. Bell came up with not too long ago. (To start the dialogue emails will need to be sent, but request the call and you'll get it.)

Eugene called me on Christmas to show me some completed knives and I am now a proud owner of a Wayfarer.

Just saw this thread. I totally agree that Eugene is fantastic to work with. Haven't spoken to him on the phone but he has been great with my orders through email. Nice guy and very accommodating.

Eugene is a stand up guy! he emails quick! and does not beat around the bush!! he is honestly the GOOD not the bad! and he is partly ugly! but i am fully ugly so it takes one to know one! lol
