Up for sale is my Olamic Wayfarer 247. Sale includes knife, original case and card, and pivot adjustment tool (everything pictured). This is also known as the "Shadowfarer" version of the knife. Options as configured are a harpoon style blade, M390 blade steel, scalloped titanium handle, matte black PVD coating on both blade and handle, standard flat backspacer (black).
Action is great, snappy flipping action, solid detent, good centering. A couple cosmetic condition issues. There are small snail trails on the pivot screw head, and there are also some scrapes in the PVD coating on the handle scalloped high points nearest to the blade. The blade has been sharpened on a Wicked Edge (by prior owner) but the sharpening job is incomplete and doesn't go all the way to the choil. I believe what happened is that the prior owner attempted to sharpen the blade but bumped into the handle with the stones and couldn't finish the job. My recommendation would be for whoever buys this to take the knife apart and finish the sharpening job with the handle removed. I also think the bright spots on the handle could be made almost invisible by a light touch with a black sharpie, if so inclined.
New the knife would cost $595, given the minor condition issues I'm pricing for a quick sale at $SOLD including shipping and PayPal. Not looking for any trades.
Thanks, and please PM with any questions!
