Olamic whippersnapper

If you follow the link it’s a post I made previously where I had zero responses. I was just curious if a knife I had purchased was worth the price I paid.
It's only worth it; if it's worth it to YOU! What we think doesn't matter.
FWIW: I own 18 Olamics (including a "Whip"), and they ALL were worth it.

If you want to resell it, you'll never get anywhere near what you paid for it. I know because I tried to sell a 247 for a $150 off what I paid for it & I got zero inquiries.

There are a few members that are being WAY to harsh for someone simply asking for other knife enthusiasts opinion. It’s a really fair question and I don’t know why people are jumping all over this guy.

I’m somewhat familiar with the Olamic market and I think you paid around a fair price for what these go for. Olamic does lose value on the secondary market in most cases that I’ve seen. The last release of whippersnappers were $600-$1300 I believe.
I appreciate your response and hope to interact with more ppl like you in the future as I continue this new hobby.

Paid $600 for this knife. Am I a dumbass or is that a decent price?

Can't tell you what it's "worth" because you're not a Gold Member but I've got a Rainmaker, Swish and Wayfarer 24/7. All in "like new" in pouch condition.

Didn't pay more than $450 for any of them. Got the Swish for $375. 🤷‍♂️

Was never interested in the WhipperSnapper because it's too small for my taste. Thinking of selling the Wayfarer because it's too small for my taste too.

Hey...just came across this thread when doing a search for Olamic Whippersnappers. Now that you've had yours a bit, how do you like it? I'm just dipping my toes in the market for one.....
