i am yet reminded of my quest to find a virginia pattern, david, glad you found one, im kinda surprised there are now 3 people from virignia on the axe forum seeing as to the low number of visitors it has

Ummmm......this appears to be SPILLER week! I recently cleaned the rust off an old Axe Head (one of many) stored in my Basement that I collected over the last few years from Flea Markets, Yard Sales, etc. Well I be, I now own a SPILLER OAKLAND, MAINE Axe Head. I'm not sure of the pattern......possible Jersey.
