Hey guys, wanted to officially say HI!

Been knife collecting for a good many years now, have expanded my Becker collection to include the following by date of purchase....

BK2, BK4, BK5, BK15, BK12, BK9, BK16, BK7, BK17....AND I've put the Micarta grips on them all....currently eagerly awaiting the Kukri to add next!

I love Beckers! IMHO there is no better knife for the money....I've gotten several of my friends into collecting them as well, its easy, put a BK2 in someone's hand and it sells itself!

my current Becker wish list ( after the kukri ) would be a Becker quality Smatchet style knife, a BK9 sized BK16...drop point, no swedge so it didn't chew up my batons quite as badly and as thick as a BK2...I think it would replace the standard 9 as my Bushcraft large knife LOL, and to be honest, as odd as this sounds, I'd love to see a 5.5 inch bladed Becker Karambit >.> perhaps even /gasp a Becker Combat Cleaver!!!

Till then, I'll entertain myself waiting on the Kuk by watching for a BK6 and BK1 that I don't get out bid on at the very last second LOL......

WELCOME!

Did you see the BK1 that just sold on the Exchange for $95? Missed it by that much! ;)

Wow! Nice collection!
Welcome to the forum!
Stick around and have some fun.

Welcome to the forums, but let me be the first to say this....
We love pictures... show us your collection brother...

Welcome aboard. In reading your post you've clearly got the same disease............uh passion, we've got. Looking forward to reading more of your posts in the future. :)

Bobber, You sir are absolutely right, and I knew better :( I'll try and do better next time.... LOL

For the record, my 7 and 17 are on loan to a buddy who's test driving them before deciding which size he wants to buy ( first ) .....and I use my 15 so much for food prep, I've never put Micarta on it, the stock Grivory scales are IMHO more suited to the food prep task....BUT other than that, here's the gang...all pretty current stock stuff, nothing rare, but all beautiful users in their own way....

Beautiful family!! I really like the bk 12
Those are some purdy handles!

Welcome aboard! You're only five posts in, and you have like twice times the number of Beckers that I do. You're clearly off to a good start.

And I too would also like a BK9 with a drop point. I used to want it in 1/4in stock as well, personally after using the 9 for the past few years, I've discovered that I actually don't want anything thicker, as I've never had something that the 3/16in thick stock couldn't handle, and would just as soon save the extra weight. That said, I bet there would be more than a few lining up to buy a thicker BK9 if it was ever released.
