Old Buck 110 leather sheath???

I believe its a 1968, the rivet on the belt loop is a dead giveaway an the 110 on it too....Just saw a 1968 go for $687.00 at auction on EBAY with box & papers, thats the sheath.

I just ran across a sheath cut like Johns that has 110 stamped on the loop. It has a 3rdV var3 in it. Sheath doesn't look carried. Knife does.
Snap is plain ss. No Buck

I did notice that the pocket is of a slightly thinner material than on newer sheaths. But not as soft and plyable as some of the older ones.
