I had a client bring me an old case fixed blade knife ( blade only)that he picked up at a yard sale. He has asked that I fix it back like it came from the factory or as close as possible. For it's age the blade is in really good condition. The tang stamp Case Tested XX dates it back in the 1920 to 40 range. I have not taken a picture, but the blade is full tang, profiled for guard, and has a 4 1/2 inch clip point blade. The blade narrows back from the clip to the tang, it has a bowie type clip sweeping upward from the point to the widest part of the blade. On the back side of the tang it is stamped BOONE. I have googled everywhere but cannot find any photgraphs. I'm hoping that someone here might have information that can point me in a direction to look. Otherwise I am just going to be on my own when I complete it for him.
thanks

Bernard Levine's forum would be a good resource, just post a pic.
