Old friends

Man, Earl, I've not seen that twin set with the Woodcraft and a 105. A well thought out twin set. Was that a Cabela's exclusive? DM
 
I didn't realize Buck ever made anything like the woodcraft. By the way that 105 is about the sweetest 105 I think I have seen.:thumbup:
 
Marble's knives brought out that pattern in 1901 and it became so popular that everybody copied it. It's still popular today. It is a 4 1/2" flat ground blade with a great skinning belly. DM
 
I knew Marbles had that pattern and I knew Bark River did a version of it a few years ago, but I didn't know buck ever did.Anyhow nice looking set.
 
Thanks TAH, the more I think about it the more I think you are right. I dont hunt any more ( legs wont let me ) but I do still have a large garden, think I'll just keep them working.
