old knife

I have an old premier lifetime folder with 3 blades. I wonder if anyone could give me some history on it thanks

Need pictures and a better description, if you can. What exact stamp? What exact size and blades?

All of the knives with that marking that I have seen and owned were German made knives and I believe that they were made on contract for a Canadian company and were sold in Canada. In fact I saw a display case with PRemier on it in a Canadian hardware store once. I dont know all of the years that they were made but the ones I have seen I would guess would be late 1940's to late 1960's.
