Alright, ladies and gents,
Before I change my mind on this, I have a :
Limited Edition Microtech Katana Daytona #072 for trade or sale. It is like new, with no signs of wear. It has been fired,displayed, and photographed. But: Never used to cut,
Never sharpened,
Never stropped,
Never lubed,
Never disassembled, etc.
JUST fondled and admired.
This was a limited edition run, and is no longer being produced. In fact, to the best of my knowledge, the katana series were produced as:
100-Katana Daytona's (5 unmarked sterile bladed)
100-Katana Halo's (1st five 'flower' logo)
300-Katana Ultratechs (chisel ground)
This particular knife is a SE Spearpoint (unlike its chisel ground counterparts, it has its 'heat tempered hamon' on both sides of the blade) and has Bronzed Hardware, Milled bronzed Bubble Panel inlays, and bronzed clip and button.
It's birthdate is 04/2009.
