Old NW Ranger look-a-like

I just got this knife in a trade. I took it because I thought it was a little strange. It looks like a NW ranger, but it is about 5 years old, and made in Seki.
What is the name of this one? Is it rare?

Looks like an older NW Ranger. Back in the day thats what they looked like. Use it and enjoy it!

:thumbup: It is an older N.W Ranger. I got one in trade a couple of months back. I don't really care for the serrations, but I dig the knife. Just the perfect size for bushcraft. Later on I am going to get a new one in black tini w/no serrations.
