Old, old school Blade score.............

Congrats Tim.

Just way too cool.:thumbup::thumbup:

Awsome score.

Glad to see that it's in the hands of a true HOG.

Wow! That is simply awesome. I vote for more older style Busse blades. :thumbup:

Are there more tables than just the Busse knife group tables to find Busse Blades?

Nice knife, I saw that and by the time I followed up on that, it was gone. Congrats on the score.

:thumbup: Nice score, 'Ducci! I had it in my hands, great condition...Should have snagged it, myself :grumpy:;) LOL, but glad it's with you, man! :)

Neat knife from a historical perspective.

I think the newer one looks way cooler though. Cool seeing the proto vs production.

I was very lucky to score an old school Busse SHBA Proto (confirmed by Jerry) at Blade this year with the help of a couple of old HOGS! This has the old chem etched logo and a parkerized finish. It is like new, Jerry was surprised at how nice the condition was. It is also hollow ground which Jerry said he did on very few knives. The blade is .187" thick ( I think Mulder just spilled on his keyboard!!) and has a bit shorter handle as you can see in the comparison picture with a regular SHBA.
