Well, we've been busy getting ready for the Blade Show in June and we haven't been able to put much up lately but, I've been wanting to make this chopper for awhile. I hope you like it.

This 14" Bowie knife has an 8 1/2" blade (1 1/2" wide) of 100 layer high carbon "Random" pattern damascus steel. The handle is Desert Ironwood Burl with a throat of Azurite/Chrysacola stone, black/stainless steel spacers & a stippled stainless steel guard. The handle is finished off with a tri-tone mosaic
pin. The tooled leather blade sheath, by Tess, has a full-body "Bald Eagle" carving.
Price, with leather sheath: $600.00, plus shipping.

Visa, MC & Paypal are all fine and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Another gorgeous piece J. The more I look at other knives the more I respect yours. Theres alot of fantastic makers out there, but you and Tess never seem to have a 'bad' design. Great work. -MJ

P.S. Any luck with that lathe yet?

Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

Still working on the lathe thing Matt. I picked up a mill so I had to put a hold on finishing the lathe up.

BTW, I just saw that the friendly folks at Blade Mag. were nice enough to put this one in the "Father's Day" insert of the July issue. Can't wait for my copy.
