Couple of days ago I received an old, well-used (on duty!) limited flat grind Police and decided to renew it a bit. So I beadblasted all the hardware, reprofiled damadged edge, tip and spine of the blade and also blasted the blade. I than put it all together and... what a knife! Sometimes I really wonder why anyone asks for anything more than something like that for a pocket knife?

Nice job. I have always wondered why Spyderco has never bead blasted their hardware. I love the bead blast on the blade! NICE JOB! If you did that to my DELICA that would be my perfect knife. GREAT! :) :)

Sorry, I have no "before" pic. But the knife had scratches all-over-it. Clip was in terrible condition (deeep scratches). G10 was also not perfect. Also the tip was blunt as hell and the spine must have been hammered or something. So I restored all hardware (polishing & beadblasting), blasted G10, ground the blade's spine to make it back flat & square, blasted the blade and placed new cutting edge. Yeah, I like it.

but... wait for my S90V Mili project... later today...
