Old Puma Knife Belt Buckle

Here's an old Puma knife belt buckle in great condition, that appears to have been used very little, if any at all. It does have a couple of scratches that look much worse in the picture than how it looks in person. Actually they are hardly noticeable unless you look close. It measures approx. 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" and I would guess it to be solid brass as it is pretty heavy. The marking on the back reads:
