Old Sable III question

I recently acquired a Sable III made in S. Africa. It is number 103 and the sheath is not quite black but a very dark brown. Any idea who made the sheath and how old the knife is?
 
Best option will be to phone or email CRK with pictures to get a very accurate assessment.
