Old sager axe with “CSC stamped in it

I picked this axe head up at the Packwood flea market, and I’ve never seen a sager head with just sager stamped on it. I was hoping that someone could help me with this. Thanks Bixxl

An axe stamped SAGER might have been made by Collins/Mann.
