Hi All,I have a kiridashi for sale here. Steel is old high carbon saw blade, heat treats like a 10xx series. 2” cutting edge about 5 1/8” overall length. On the handle is a leather whipping wrap sealed with thin CA glue. Double beveled with a secondary edge as opposed to the traditional chisel grind as I think the double bevel is better when you use it as a general purpose utility knife. These are nice for a little utility knife to open packages or slip in the pocket for any small cutting tasks. Kydex slip sheath of your color choice from what I have in the shop is included.
