Hey guys, one of my prized SFNOs needs to leave the stable. This is a really nice saber SFNO with double-cut blade finish and the old-school tigerhide micarta mag handles. It does not appear to have been used, but it does have longitudinal scratches on the DC finish from taking it in and out of the sheath. It comes with its original Buy Brown kydex sheath with Tek-Lok. The sheath appears to have a bit of sand in it, which would explain the scratches.
These knives are among the best and nicest Busse has made, in my opinion. The balance and size is perfect, and those old-school tigerhide mags are just awesome. They feel great, look great, and have lots of character. They get better with use and age too, as skin oils penetrate them. These are spankin' new, so they don't have that darker-in-the-grooves look yet from skin oils.
As ya'll know, I've put together quite a collection of rare SFNOs. I've been lucky to be able to find some of these. To be honest, it's not that easy to find these old sabers with nice mags like this.
You can use Mother's Mag Polish to take the DC finish to satin, and eliminate the scratches, or just enjoy the nice DC finish.

I'm not that interested in trades, except for other nice and uncommon SFNOs, nice leather sheaths for all kinds of Busse knives, and NMFBMs, NMFBMLEs, or NMFBMs w/ snakeskin.
