This, to my knowledge, was one of 3 Silent Knight protos and all 3 were a little different. 2 of the 3 were users, mainly due do member xaman when he owned them. He actually used this knife to cut the head off of a copperhead. Knife is far front mint, it's old school A2 with a nice patina and specs and has pitting on the non logo side, which that pitting has been there for at least a decade, the oldest pics I could find of this knife, it had pitting. The blade catch was cut out, by hand, by Jerry, with a hacksaw if I remember right. This knife is bad ass and a great part of Busse history. Has 2 sheaths, both capable of belt carry, or baldric carry. I can't find my calipers right now but thickness is a hair over a quarter inch, blade length (measuring from the top of the scales) is a hair over 10.5", Overall length is 16 1/8". Great balance, light in hand....not enough words to describe it.
