On the Meaner Streets, regarding the grind starting at the bottom of the flats on the sides down to the edge, is that part flat or hollow ground?

Those are some nice looking Satin Jacks, and some rare ones too – great prices! :cool:

begreen61 - I would prefer full price cash deals at this time, no trades.

gk4ever2 - I think hollow ground, will try to get another pic or 2 if that would help and feel free to shoot me an offer on the SJ you want !
 
You can fairly easily see the curvature of deeper hollow grinds (try holding the knife on its side and look from the pommel toward the tip). A more shallow hollow grind is not so easy to see – try holding something straight like a pencil or ruler against the lower part of the grind (from the edge up toward the top of the blade) – if the grind curves in toward the center then it is hollow, but if the grind is in full contact with the straight edge then it is flat ground.

gk4ever2 - Thank you for the info! With a straight-edge, it looks like both Meaner Streets are flat ground.
 
still interested in MS #17 please read PM want extra picture of both knive the back part of the knives are different from hand sanding I'd take both for a good deal or one due to cost.Lets talk ,,
