Old is gold. I have a pair of used old skool TAD spartans from 2010, in ME Brown 100% cotton ripstop (my favourite fabric for the tropics). These were the best, IMO, the present nyco is much tougher but warmer and stiffer, not so convenient for the tropics.
I believe it was a 32/30 but will fit a 34ish waist (measured by tape). I recall the older ones fit looser than the size on the label.
This was hemmed to fit someone 5' 6", and recently lengthened a little due to shrinkage - the 'fold' is visible (see pic) but if you're not focusing on it, it isn't noticeable to the casual observer. The pants measure 37.5" on the outseam (waist to hem). Good condition, no tears or rips.
