I'm pretty sure the blade holder is silver and the handle is ivory or horn. The blade holder has lots of filework (?) along spine and toward the blade (as seen in lower picture). The blade itself says "The Doubly Carbonized I-X L Razor - G Wostenholm & Son Sheffield." Everything that I've found on them says that these razors were made in the mid to late 1800's.
