So the other day I ordered a Spyderco Titanium Military, I love my Paramillie and wanted to try out the full size. The thing holding me back for so long was the liner lock. I heard it's solid but I just wanted a frame lock. So as I waited I started thinking, it wouldn't be that much of a stretch in cash to go from the Ti Millie to a Sebenza. Maybe subconsciously I was just working my way there however, I didn't want to dish out the cash for both. I thought that maybe it would be better to return the Millie and get the Sebenza and just be done with it and later if I wanted I could just get the G10 Millie.

Low and behold, I pretty much talked myself into the Sebenza the day the Millie came. When it came I opened it up it and closed it a few times (was pretty stiff actually) and put it back in the box, ordered a Sebbie, and shipped back the Millie the next morning. The difference is going to end up being about $155-ish.

What do you think, good move?

Got to go with what you really want!
Only you can really know what that is.

(Yes, good move.)

I guess part of my question is, holding the two side by side, am I going to be glad I spent the extra time and money on the Sebbie? Am I going to think, this is definitely a quality upgrade and worth the $155?

yes you made a good move:thumbup: you will be very happy with a sebenza for sure:D:D:D

It's not an easy question to answer. The ti Milli is a really nice knife, bigger than the Sebenza and opens with an authoritative click. That said, the Sebenza is all it is cracked up to be. If you don't hold the two in your hands at the same time you'll have absolutely no regrets at all. If you do hold the two in your hands at the same time, you might find the $155 could be better spent on something else, like the eternal gratitude of taking your girl to an American Idol concert (bring an iPod and something good to listen to).
