What an excellent opportunity, there's a shortage of nice traditionals for sale on the Exchange, must be cuz everyone over here is always givin'em away. Already had an excellent knife week, my first Menefee arrived, a shadow wharncliffe with black micarta handles arrived on Tuesday and I got on Bret Dowell's waiting list. But with no incoming I'm sorta panicky. Thanks for keeping Traditionals so much fun.

I consider the stockman to be the "classic" slipjoint and have had several medium/large for many years. Never realized that the small ones existed. Based on the suggestions, got a case small stockman and it's perfect! ... well it's stainless, so ALMOST perfect. Anyway if this is a carbon steel small stockman, would be an honor just to be considered.

Fred,I sent an emial via your profile,yesterday.I see by your user profile you were on last night at 8:25 PM I clearly stated in the first few posts this was a "Quickie" drawn on Sun . afternoon.
I sent a visitor message to you,in case the email did not go through
I'll give you 'til 8:30 PM today to claim this knife,if not claimed by you,I will pick another number.
So for the time being,anyone can post & get in,in case Fred's a No Show

Howdy all. Just wanted to report in: the little stockman arrived safe and sound. Pretty cool - it is in my pocket now. I think it's a prefect size for use in my downtown office. Thank you Vince!!!
