Hey guys. I recieved a few really nice knives this Christmas. I got a 1971 Case red bone half whittler and jack knife, as well as a silver alox Vic farmer. The only problem is that these guy probably won't be seeing any real pocket time. Why? Because by far, the best present I recieved this year is a Case yellow handled pen knife in cv that way given to me by my 16 month old son. I've gotten other knives as gifts before, but as far as sentimental value goes, this one takes the cake. This will be the knife that I have with me every day. I'm hoping to put it to good use over the years, and eventually be able to give it to my grandchild. On as side note, this particular knife is the best quality Case knife I've owned to date. Awesome f&f, super smooth action, Nice snap, and very even grinds Anyway, I was hoping to see some pics of your old, worn yellars.

That's a fine gift and it should provide you with many good memories in the years to come. Here's my old yellar.

Nice pics guys. They look so good when they're broken in like that.

Thanks for the clamification, assist by mom makes sense.
I got a few yellers but they're disallowed due to their 'unworn' corndition.
That's the breaks I reckon. :D

It sounds like you had a terrific Christmas

If you neglect the others though, they will start feeling jealous :D

Well okay M.D. thanks for the wear & tear waiver.

1999 3318 I just gave away this Christmas.
YO200 I traded to a cCc brethren that's hooked on 54 trappers.
Poor soul didn't have a single 00 copperhead trapper, what else could I do?

This little yellow bone Case peanut had a short run in my pocket but hasn't made a return. Still a nice knife.
