I had the privilege to deal with Bob at Oldawan tools. It had to be one of the best experiences I had dealing with a company.
Bob had a response to every question I had, especially being new to sharpening and collecting, he made the transition that much easier for me.
The customer service he has is unmatched. He's product inventory is accurate and he will not sell you something he doesn't think is necessary. Not to mention if you do place an order, it seems as if he ships it as soon as he hangs up the phone with you.
Just for the record I do not work for the company nor am I getting anything from this post, but I think it is necessary to give credit where it is due. If anyone is in the market for a wicked edge or accessories for their wicked edge, or questions in general about sharpening, I would contact Bob.
