Olde Towne Cutlery has joined and paid for dealer membership

hey guys, I’m so sorry to post, but I’m not sure what I’ve failed to do. We joined blade forums and paid for a dealer membership earlier this month. We would love to be listed in the dealer lists. I thought I had done everything necessary but maybe not. I sent an email the first time the list came out and I didn’t see our name. Can someone tell me what I need to do to “flip that switch”? Sorry to be a moron.
