Effingham, IL model marked Carbon Steel in black micarta. Sheath is one I had on hand that fits it reasonably well. Acquired without a sheath. This knife does have some patina on the blade from previous storage in a sheath I assume. The edge looks completely factory. This would make an excellent user for someone to take in the field.
