We had these at work and were throwing them out. Honestly, I don't think they were ever used. Always stored in an office environment. Never too hot nor too cold. You can clearly see the date of 8.31.08.
I'm not an electrician. Are they still good? If not for electrical work, they are a very heavy duty pair of rubber gloves with a supply of powder.
If anybody thinks they might want them, throw something at me?

If you are in the US, and in the context of hot (electrical) work...

The rubber gloves have to be tested if they are more than a year old at the time of first use, and either tested or replaced every six months thereafter. Generally speaking, if you don't have the means to test them yourself, it's more economical to chuck 'em and replace 'em.

The rubber gloves are never used alone for hot work. They have to be covered with a leather glove to protect them from physical damage, and a pair of light weight cotton gloves are worn under the rubber gloves to absorb sweat and protect the gloves from fingernails.

Best to just take them home and use them as dog washing gloves.

Thanks everybody. As I have stated, I am not an electrician.
If anybody wants these for any reason other than electrical, please PM me.
