:confused: so am i to assume the worst is true. did oli after many trades make one last group of sales/trades and rip us off ????? did any body hear from him ????
 
Hi guys!!! I really don't know where to start... I just got internet again yesterday. So I would like to explain the situation.
Basicaly, I lost 8 packages in the Danish custom...Lost is not exactly the word, the situation is that I shiped them all together, a Postal agent tough it was suspect that a guy send 8 packages at one time, all marked "camp Tool".
There is strengh rules about incoming and outcoming packages in Denmark so they called the customs.
The customs opened the packages and there was 4 one hand opening folders.
This type of knives are strong prohibited in Denmark so they just took all the packages and it's now a penal case so the Police took the case.
I'm charged for "attempt of export unlegals weapons". Not so good.
I really understand your reaction guys, but in the mean time I've been in the process of moving from Denmark to France so not been able to get online!I'm now back online and u guys can be sure I try to contact every single guy I've been dealing with and make it good.
I would never ever dream to rip some guys from this comunity, people who know me know it's not my type.
I've already contacted some of the guys waiting their package to pay there money back, but it take time. So please understand my situation.

What specific agency has charged you Oli? Maybe I can help if you give me the name of the LE agency......[ I know it's in Denmark, but this is a small world!!!]

Hi wolfman! thanks for the kind words!all possible help is more than welcome! Well, the custom office from Vejle in Denmark have send the case to the police of Århus. Then the Police of Århus have send the case to the Police of Kolding (at the weapon office). So actualy the case is waiting to be judged. The penality is about 2000$ ticket (300 per illegal knife) and because it's the second time for me, normaly the judge can ask for a jail sentence but I don't believe it will go so far. The Police Officer in charge of the case was very gentle and say I will probably get a ticket and the anulation of all my weapons permits,including my edged weapon permit. :barf:
Anyway, for me the most important now is to quickly find a solution for the fellows waiting their blades from me! :confused:

i am very sorry for your customs situation. but i am glad that there was a situation rather than just getting burned.. again i am very sorry..you must understand my situation though i had no contact for weeks so i had to assume the worst.. i hope things get cleared up for you soon..

believe me, no hard feelings from my side, don't be sorry, I'm the one who is sorry and I truly apologize for this shity situation. I would have feel and react exactly the same if I was in your shoes! ;)
The worse of this is that if I had wait few days and post those blades from France nothing of this would have hapened...(those knives are legal in France but not in Denmark).
I contact you all within a couple of days so we can work something out together!
