As new condition. Never carried. It just sits in the holster. The only cosmetic imperfection is on the inside of the holster. I forgot the flashlight switched on while inside the holster and it burnt the textile leaving brown circle not visible from the outside. No other issues whatsoever. It comes with the original box and everything from the factory.
