Hey fellow knifeknuts!!
Finally took some pictures of my latest custom handle. This time it's on a O' So sweet IZULA! I also put some reflective tape, so I can find it easier when dropped.

CAUTION: Viewer may experience saliva overdrool.

Very nice. If we're lucky, it's just a matter of time before somebody starts doing bone, antler, G-10 etc.

Razorsharp1986,

Very nice work!

I'm working on my Izula now. If you don't mind me asking, where did you source the handle screws?

Chris

I found those screws in my dad's tool box. He's got a lot of random stuff there, which I scavenge once every so often :p

VERY nice work Razorsharp. I have a feeling you've inspired more than a few guys to follow suit!

BTW, do the screws only come in from one side and screw into the back of the panels on the opposite side?

I put a bamboo spacer inside the handle, and the screws go through these. Also it screws into the other slab. But no metal cylinder or anything. Next one I'll make even better. I just didn't have the best screws to work with. I did fill it with epoxy, so it should be sufficient. I've used my Becker very hard, and it showed no disadvantages or flaws. But I guess time will tell.
